项目位于黄浦江边上，上海的车水马龙与繁华尽收眼底，看遍这城市的兴起，点点星光如繁星璀璨，上海本就是个充满传奇的地方，那些故事可是要坐下来彻夜长谈，因为那些花样年华，可不是三言两语就能说明道尽的。上海的有趣在于他的历史造就了他的特别，上海被各国划分租界管辖让上海有了中西合并的风味，穿着西装的人与穿着大褂的人并行，穿着旗袍的人口中能说着流利的英语，甚至在一些古朴的瓷器中融入了烟斗，西洋镜这般有趣的玩意，造就了上海的特别。黑白拼经典大理石地坪、进口紫檀木拼花地板、爵士乐器、老式留声机、U型回马廊、上世纪三四十年代摩登女性的旗袍和男士西装，以及随处可见的泛黄老照片，无一不勾起市民心中关于老上海的点滴回忆。他们感慨，在百乐门里每走一步、每看一处，都能将人拉回到七八十年前的老上海。“无论是曾经看到过的、听说过的，还是在影视剧里出现的、书本中写到的，那么多老上海的记忆，瞬间都涌上了心头。”

Theproject is located in Huangpu River, where you can have a panoramic view ofprosperous scenes in Shanghai, and study the rise of the city. Just like thebright stars, Shanghai is a legendary place with endless stories, which cannotbe told in a few words. The unique features of Shanghai are casted by its uniquehistory. Different countries set up leased territories in Shanghai, so thatShanghai had both Chinese and Western styles, people wearing Western-styleclothes and unlined long gowns walked on the same street, people in cheongsam couldspeak fluent English, and some ancient porcelain even added pipe, occidentalmirror and other interesting stuff, creating a special city of Shanghai. Theclassic black and white marble spell floor, imported red sandalwood parquetflooring, jazz instruments, old-fashioned gramophone, U-shaped back porch, thecheongsam of modern women and men's suits in 1930s and 1940s, and yellow oldphotos that can be seen everywhere, all these trigger people’s memories of oldShanghai. They feel that every step and every view in the Paramount can bring peopleback to the old Shanghai seventy or eighty years ago. “No matter what I saw, heard,or written in books and movies, all the memories of old Shanghai came to my mind”.
